Invite your friends, coworkers, plan a ladies night, whatever you want and get after-hours access to The Waxwing! We'll provide the wine, some treats and a huge selection of locally made items to shop from :-) All you have to do is invite 20-50 people!! Several packages available to suit your needs!
Package A: This package is best for those who just would like to use the store as a meeting place...would you like to have a poetry night? A knitting night? Reserve our space any evening (Tuesday-Friday, 6-8pm Saturday 5-7pm or on Sunday from 4-6pm). There's limited seating but we'll be happy to clear the room for you to gather and you're welcome to bring your own chairs/floor pillows/etc. Bring whatever drinks/snacks you'd like to enjoy during your meeting and relax and enjoy the lovely environment of The Waxwing!
Cost: $25, up to 45 people.
*Please book at least 1 week in advance.
Package B: This package is great for small private parties. Invite 25-30 of your friends/coworkers/family members and celebrate whatever occasion you choose at The Waxwing!
We'll provide 6 bottles of wine (3 red, 3 white or your choice) and our space any evening you choose (Tuesday-Friday, 6-9pm Saturday 5-8pm or on Sunday from 4-7pm).
Cost: $50, up to 45 people.
*Please book at least 2 weeks in advance.
Package C: This package is wonderful for those of you who'd like to not lift a finger and host a party in a space (that you don't have to clean up!) Invite 25-50 of your friends/coworkers/family members to enjoy the lovely environment of The Waxwing any evening you choose (Tuesday-Friday, 6-9pm Saturday 5-8pm or on Sunday from 4-7pm).
We'll provide 8 bottles of wine (4 red, 4 white), a cheese & cracker platter as well as a dessert platter for you and your guests to enjoy. (You're welcome to bring additional refreshments)
Cost: $100, up to 50 people.

Package D: Custom Party Package!
We'll handle everything, including the invites! Tell us who you'd like to spend an evening with and pick a date! (Tuesday-Friday, 6-9pm Saturday 5-8pm or on Sunday from 4-7pm).
We'll provide 10 bottles of wine (5 red, 5 white), a cheese and cracker platter and a dessert platter. We'll also design custom invites to send out to your guests and take care of mailing them!
Cost: $175, up to 50 people.
